It is probably the most underrated genre we host, and there are forty-three games here, chosen one at a time.
Why it works
Almost no video game lets you finish anything. There is always another level, another wave, another score. Cleaning is the exception: the room was dirty, now it is not, and you can see it.
The loop is short, the result is visual, and there is no way to lose. That is why it gets played in five-minute gaps, and why it has more in common with tidying a drawer than with competing.

sub-genre of its own and it needs no explanation before you start.
The oddly specific ones are worth a line: ear cleaning, rug cleaning and dishwashing are all searched, and we have none of them. Nor is there a single hotel cleaning game, against 488 searches a month. These are real micro-genres and the feed simply has not produced them.
